More about the International Academy of Retail Banking Acadamy

Mission Statement
The IARB will efficiently deliver vital industry knowledge to global retail banking executives, providing and sustaining differentiated content and results that participants can apply to optimise their organisations’ performance. Lafferty Group and IARB believe that retail banking should be a profession - like accounting, the law and medicine – and are dedicated to take a lead in bringing this about through retail banking educational initiatives across the globe.

The International Academy of Retail Banking (IARB) is dedicated to synthesizing and delivering continually updated knowledge to global retail banking executives. It principally derives its currency from its association with Lafferty Group and an extended network of content matter experts around the world, each of whom has extensive experience as a practitioner in major retail banking markets and forward-thinking organisations. No other organisation in the world can deliver the breadth and depth of knowledge that the IARB can – it combines a global appreciation, manipulation and comprehension of retail banking trends with the granularity of specific market applications.
